Seeking friendly flatmate!

Hello, my name is Holly and I have lived here for 4 years with my 2 cats. Bills are not included in the rent price, which we can discuss during viewing. They are roughly 150 but this depends on if you are a student.

I am an active person - I like yoga, cycling, gardening. When I am at home, I like reading, cooking and playing with my cats.

I am looking for a flat mate who is around the same age as me, and has a full time job or is studying on a degree course. It is essential that you actively enjoy the presence of cats because they are a big part of the house - they love attention, and there are litter trays, toys and food bowls around the flat.

The flat is clean, tidy and each room is spacious. Being on the ground floor is ideal for bikes, which I store in the living room. The bedrooms are both doubles. Although one is slightly bigger, the rent is split equally. There is a balcony with green views of a large communal area on the estate, and I have many beautiful plants.

The estate is a safe, green and quiet place to live with many kind and considerate neighbours, an onsite orchard and allotments. The local area has Italian delis, organic shops, a pharmacy, gift shop, chocolate shop, a pizza restaurant and a yoga studio.

Walking to West Dulwich train station takes 6 minutes connecting to Victoria. It's a 15 minute walk to West Norwood and Tulse Hill, both well connected train stations. The number 3 bus connects to Crystal Palace and Central London.
