Big room in large house with Garden - Herne Hill

I’m unfortunately moving out of london and looking for someone to replace me in our house share. 🏡

You’d be living with 4 amazing people and have a great balance of doing stuff together but also being independent and doing your own thing. We’ve done house dinners, pub trips, bbqs, lido trips, card/ board game nights etc and everyone’s friends are welcome too which is nice.

Evie & Josie are teachers and you’ll find them in the lido (even in January!)
Will is in finance and bakes fresh sourdough and focaccia almost every weekend (i have included a pic…)
Henry is also a teacher and recently stared in his first play ⭐

Great house if you’re looking to meet people and be invited to do stuff in/out of the house.

We’ve got a living room and tv, dining room, big kitchen which is equipped with everything you need, and a big garden with a bbq.

Bus stop at the end of the road (2 min walk) takes you straight to Brixton (Victoria line) in about 10-15 mins, 10 min walk to Herne Hill station and 10 min walk to West Dulwich station.

If you don’t know the area, Herne Hill has lots is great pubs, bars, charity shops and we’re right by brockwell park and the lido - which is amazing in the summer!

Room is unfurnished so you’d need to bring your own stuff, but I have a new bed frame and side table (if you wanted it - we can discuss)

The room is available from approx 14th August, but happy to be flexible on this for the right person :)
