Spacious Double bedroom in West Dulwich

Hi!

I have a spacious maisonette style 2 bed flat with one of the rooms available for rent.

The room is a double bedroom furnished with a wardrobe, bookcase, double bed and bedside table with lamp. A large window lets in lots of light and we're set back from the road so it's quiet and relaxing.

The kitchen has everything you need in terms of washing machine fridge / freezer, cooker and microwave. The lounge is spacious - 20feet long with double patio doors opening out onto a balcony.

If you like being outdoors we also have a lovely garden full of apple and pear trees and a great place to chill out, enjoy the weather or even have a barbecue.

The flat is ideally located too - we are about 8 mins walk from West Dulwich station which takes you into Victoria in 12 mins and 8 mins walk from Tulse Hill which takes you in to London Bridge in 20mins. There are also bus stops within 10 mins walk - the No 3 which can take you to Oxford Circus and also others to take you into Clapham and Brixton within no more than 10 mins.

You'd be sharing with me Dionne, female, Careers Consultant and Life coach by profession. I'm easy going, relaxed and tidy but not overly neat to the point of making things uncomfortable. I'm looking to share with someone who is the same.
