This lovely room is furnished with a faux leather ottoman double bed (which benefits from having underbed storage), 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a mirrored wardrobe. Even with all of this, there is still space to put your own desk or sofa in the room. The room benefits from a pretty fireplace and overlooks the front garden.

The room is priced at £920pcm excluding bills fixed at £100pcm, so a total of £1020pcm.

The house has plenty of living space comprised of a well equipped kitchen diner which has access to the sunny garden, a separate spacious lounge which is great for relaxing in after work and bathrooms (both have shower, sink and toilet and one has an amazing double ended bathtub). The housemates are what really make the house as they are all lovely and friendly and easy to get a long with.
We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or browsing at the same time.
The Area:

The house is a quick 8 minute walk to West Ealing overground underground and although it's not the closest to an underground you get the benefit of living in a quiet neighbourhood with an amazing amount of living space. If you have a car and you commute this location is perfect as main travel routes such as A40, A406, are so close and the M1, A4 are not too far away.

If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).
