Located on the ground floor overlooking the front of the house, this room is nice, bright and quiet. It comes furnished with a double bed (which has ottoman storage underneath), and a built in wardrobe which has both hanging and shelving space with still some space for more storage or for a desk.

About the 🏠: There is a shared kitchen, 3 modern bathroom and extra WC. Unfortunately, the house does not have a living room. 
The flat has a cozy and clean atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after work.
Kitchen is mainly equipped with everything that you need to cook and enjoy your meals.
Also there is a nice sunny garden so you can enjoy some lunch or maybe work from home in the garden (when there's nice weather) :)


🌳 Area
West Ealing/Perivale is a lovely area, it’s nice and quiet with lots of parks nearby which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air. You have Pitshanger high street nearby with it’s cute coffee shops and nice bespoke shops also have the benefit of living really close to a bus stop which has some great transport links via the bus routes.

✏️ Other Details

There is no deposit to pay on this room. Instead you will pay your final month’s rent in advance to secure the room and a nice boost of cash in the final month of your stay with us. A full month rent will be required to be paid before you move in.

You will need to provide employment and landlord reference along that we will run a soft credit check on you. Do not worry, this will not affect your credit score at all.

All bills inclusive (Water, TV license, gas and electric). Courtesy service from us is a deal such as the cleaner who comes to help with the communal areas and the wifi which we have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).
