Double Room In Friendly Houshare

Hi,

I have a double room available in a 3 bed House-share 15 mins from Ealing Broadway and 4 mins from West Ealing station. Looking for someone to take the room from 23rd March onwards.

I work in the Civil Service and Lauren works in marketing and operations. We're both fairly relaxed, have our own stuff to do but like socialising as well (usually in the evening over rubbish tv). We tend to clean up as we go but there's also a weekly cleaner which helps!

Also sharing the house is my lovely dog Remy, she's a cockapoo and loves people. I do everything for Remy so the new housemate will come home to cuddles - it's free therapy! Remy is house trained and is not a barker (she's scared of other dogs who bark 😅). She likes belly rubs and ear scratches.

The house is on a quiet road near lots of parks and shops.

There's a living room, dining area and a conservatory that leads onto the garden and a decent sized kitchen (with dishwasher). There is a big upstairs bathroom and a small loo downstairs.

The room has double bed (brand new mattress) bedside table and a single built in wardrobey-type space.

It would be good to live with someone considerate, able to live with other people and follow basic house rules (clean up after yourself, give people a heads up if you have people coming round and pay your rent on time!).

All major bills are included (water, g&e, c/t and internet) but we also put in £5 each month for household items (toilet paper, soap...all the things that are apocalypse necessary!).
