Bright lovely bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat

I am looking for a replacement since I am moving in with my partner.

Location: The flat is on the 8th floor of a new building (key fob access control) just 2 mins walk to West Ealing train station and 10 mins walk/3 mins by bus to Ealing Broadway tube station and the lively Ealing Broadway area. Waitrose is just 2 mins walk and Sainsbury’s, LIDL, Tesco, Boots are located on the main road which is less than 5 mins away. Other amenities E. g. Gym is also 5 mins away.

Flat: The flat is composed of 2 bedrooms therefore it is to share with only 1 person (female) who has her own en-suite bathroom and only uses the main bathroom occasionally so you will have the bathroom almost to yourself! The bathroom has a bathtub and it is relatively new (see pictures).

The bedroom comes unfurnished.

When we moved in the flat was completely unfurnished and I am looking for a contribution for the costs of some of the furniture EG sofa, dining table, appliances (circa £150). We kept the receipts which we are happy to show you.

Bills: Water bill is included in the price. Broadband, Council Tax and Electricity are paid separately (for a total amount of circa £135pm).

No Agency Fee but you will need to pass the referencing check.

Short week staying (Mon-Fri) is preferable (rent will be lower).

Viewings: Available for viewings in the evening. Mon-Wed after 6:30/7:00 pm, Thursday after 6:00pm. Fri/Sat/Sun time to discuss.
