One large double room in a 5 bed house share near West Ealing Station available mid-September. We are looking for a young female professional to move in.

The bedroom comes with a double bed and wardrobe otherwise you are free to furnish the room as you please.
Worth mentioning that the landlord is happy for us to decorate the house as we please so you would also be welcome to repaint the room if you wanted to.

The deposit is £570 , and the rent is £522 - bills excluded. Bills are usually around £80 per month.

We have a shared living room (with Netflix, Prime, etc.), big kitchen diner and a great patio garden which gets sun most of the day. If you have a car, you can purchase a residents' permit for street parking outside the house.

The house is on a nice residential street 2 minutes walk from West Ealing Station (Elizabeth Line) which can take you to Ealing Broadway in 2 minutes (GWR, TfL, Central & District lines), or Paddington in 15 minutes. You can walk to both Ealing Broadway station and Northfields station (Piccadilly line) in 20 minutes. West Ealing High Street is also a 1 minute walk away with quick access to bus stops, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl, Wilko, Boots, The Gym etc. There are lots of good parks in the area too.

The other housemates are easy going and a really great bunch of people to live with. They respect each others privacy and alone time, but can hang out together in the living room on occasion to watch TV or play board games, and have the odd drink or BBQ.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will share a bathroom with one housemate (female). There are currently 5 people in the house aged between 23 - 28. There are three males all in the film/media industry. And 2 females, one is completing a Drama Masters and the other is a Business Psychologist.
