Nice double bed room in West Ealing

As I am going back to Spain after summer, a nice double bed room will be available from Oct 1st for single occupancy in a freshly refurbished house.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other people ( 2 men and 1 woman). The environment in the house is really good. The house has been recently refurbished and we try to keep nice and tidy. There is a cleaner coming every 2 weeks to deep clean the shared spaces and we do clean as you go the rest of the time. It has two floors (the room is located upstairs), a nice living room, kitchen, 1 toilet (shared with 2 other house mates) and a nice garden (with bike rack if needed).

Kitchen is provided with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes draier and plenty of cooking utensils.

The cost of the room is £460 per month plus £460 deposit. Ideally 6 to 12 months contract is required although it can be reduced if another person is found to fill the room.

Bills are not included and it comes to an average of £100 per month. Bills include: council tax, water, gas, electricity, WIFI, TV license, cleaner.

The house is located in a quite area. The main street is 2 mins waliking distance and there are plenty of shops, super markets, cafes, bars and parks nearby. Also, Ealing Broadway shopping centre is located at a 15 mins walking distance or 5 mins by bus.

There are plenty of buses running nearby and the closest tube stations are: West Ealing (Elisabeth line and TFL), Northfields (Picadilly Line) and Ealing Broadway station (Central, Elisabeth and District Line plus TFL).
