Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our large west London flat set out over 2 floors. It's in a great part of West Ealing close to some great local bars, cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants in Pitshanger Lane, The Avenue and Ealing Broadway is just down the road. Cleveland Park is nearby too.
This double room is nice and light and is fully furnished. There's a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table - so plenty of storage!
The large, light and airy living room is fully furnished (including a large tv) and even has a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs and is ideal for relaxing after a hard day at work or on the weekends.
The flat has high speed broadband (included in the all-inclusive rent).
We've got a cleaner who comes every fortnight and cleans the living room, kitchen, both bathrooms and the hallway and stairs (in fact everything except our rooms).
There's a modern fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you might need when cooking.
There's a modern main bathroom downstairs, which is only shared by the other 2 flatmates.
All bills are included in the rent including high-speed broadband, council tax, electricity, gas, water, tv licence and our cleaner.
The flat is in a great location and is very well-connected.
It's only a short 10 minute walk to West Ealing Station on the Elizabeth line, which runs direct to several central London Stations including Bond St (14 mins) Tottenham Court Rd (16 mins), Liverpool St (24 mins) and Canary Wharf (28 mins) and also to Heathrow (15 mins).
Mainline trains also go westbound to and Slough and Reading.
It's only a 2 minute train journey to Ealing Broadway tube station with the option of 2 more tube lines (Central Line and District Line) - so great connections!
There's allocated off-street parking (and on-street resident permit parking directly outside the flat) and easy access to major roads (A4, A40, A406 North Circular) and motorways (M4, M25, M40).
