My contract ends end of May and I'm leaving the room. So the room is up for grabs. It is a Double Room in a 5-bedroom shared house in West London (W13). The bathroom is shared between 3 rooms as 2 other rooms are Ensuite.

I was working from home for the past year with much comfort. If you WFH then it is a nice place to do so.

The rent is £980 per month. All bills are included without extra cost.

The room comes with a bed and wardrobe. The other furniture is mine. But I might be leaving the table, if the new room I move to has an existing table

The house is situated in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk away from West Ealing train station and around 15-minute walk to Ealing Broadway and Northfields underground station. Only 2 mins walk to Waitrose supermarket and Uxbridge Road. The Elizabeth Line from West Ealing gets you to Paddington or Heathrow airport within 20 minutes, Ealing Broadway in 1 minute.
