Lovely Double Room in a Friendly Household

I will be sadly moving out of my room and am looking for a friendly person to take over my lease! The room is beautiful and very spacious with a double bed, wardrobe, small drawers, mirror and side table. The house gets a lot of great light and has a lovely backyard perfect for summer barbecues. There is a washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances needed. There is toilet and separate bathroom with a bathtub. The toilet is shared with all girls, and two of the girls will share the bathroom with you. The flatmates are all lovely, clean and quiet girls in their mid-twenties who have been in the house for a couple of years now. The house is 600 a month plus bills which usually come out to 80-100 a month (including council tax). It is walking distance from West Ealing station with the Elizabeth Line which gets you to central in about 15 minutes, and 20 minutes from Northfields with the Piccadilly line. The availability says August 1st, but it may be possible to move in a bit earlier in mid-July. Please reach out with any enquiries!
