Our flatmate is moving out on the 23rd July so we're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly flat share in a large, comfortable 3-bedroom flat spread over two floors. Here are the details:

Located in West Ealing, close to West Ealing station and the Uxbridge Road so excellent transport links.

You'll be sharing with three other professionals who are friendly, respectful, and tidy.

- Spread over two floors plenty of space for everyone, with living areas on both levels.
- Large, fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a modern bathroom.
- High-speed internet, washing machine, and a large balcony

The room is bright and airy, furnished and has plenty of storage space.

About current flat mates-
- Brad & Tay - I’m 27 work on the railway, Tay is 27 owns her own hair salon in East London and is also a hairdressing educator in Camden. We also have a one year old Labrador called Dukie.
- Noel is Irish, 29 and works in Public Relations in central London

Rent is £875 per month and that’s with bills all included.

The room is available from 23rd July but flexible with move in date as first rent payment would be due 1st August.

Ideal Housemate:
- Professional, Preferably someone who is working full-time.
- Respectful and Tidy: Clean up after yourself and respect shared spaces.
- Sociable, Enjoys a chat but also values personal time.
- Likes dogs
