I'm looking for a lodger to take my bedroom while I will be away studying for a masters for 12 months. I will be occasionally living in the third bedroom/study during university holidays.
You'll otherwise be living with my current lodger Benn in a modern and pleasant 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette over the first and second floors. The flat is bright, spacious and has lovely wood flooring throughout (except for tiled bathrooms).
The bedroom has a lovely private balcony and is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. (All other items in the pictures of the bedroom would be moved out)
Your room would be on the second floor and next to a good sized bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and sink. This bathroom would be essentially en-suite (ie. your own private bathroom) most of the year, and shared occasionally with me during university holidays.
The living room is super cosy and welcoming, and the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space for two people. There is a washing machine (and a dishwasher is on the way!)

- Short 5-7 minute walk to West Ealing Station (on the brand new Elizabeth line - direct 15 mins to Paddington, 30 minutes to Liverpool Street)
- 15-20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway Station (Central and District lines as well as overground trains)
- Plenty of bus stops at a stone's throw from the flat - buses every few mins to main stations (Ealing Broadway, Northfields)

- Excellent amenities - basically everything you'd need a short walk away (gyms, groceries, DIY, supermarkets incl. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland, Co-op, Waitrose etc)

While I will be living up in Scotland most of the year for my masters, I plan to come back to my flat during university holidays. I'm 26 and my hobbies include music, going to live gigs and reading about sustainability!
We're looking for someone equally tidy, clean, friendly and respectful to join this lovely flat.
