Massive en-suite at West Ealing with great sunsets

Hey! I am looking for someone to fill out my place in this room in West Ealing. I really enjoyed my stay in this flat, and to be honest, I am leaving only because my girlfriend and I want to get a flat together.

I am quite flexible on the start date.

The room is really a great size with more than enough storage space as for a single person. The sofa and the table are part of the room!

The room features a cosy en-suite bathroom just for yourself!

The flat is located in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood where everything is within the reach of your hand:

• 𝟴 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆:
- West Ealing Broadway with Lidl, Polish shop, two gyms, and Boots

• 𝟭𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆:
- West Ealing station (with the Elizabeth Line and trains to Greenford)
- Waitrose.

• 𝟭𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆:
- Northfields station (with the Piccadilly line)

• 𝟮𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆:
- Ealing Broadway station (with District, Elizabeth, Central line)
- Marks and Spencer
- Morrisons
- many restaurants from all around the world (with a huge variety of Japanese).

The flatmates are looking for a chilled person who is up for an evening gathering in the kitchen, but also someone's who respects the shared spaces, cleans up after themselves, does not disturb others, and all that kind of basic stuff :)

Bonus point: The view! The room is on the top floor with windows on opposite sides. One faces east, and the other two face west. When the morning/evening sun rays hits the room, it creates a super nice vibe!

TO MOVE IN HERE YOU NEED TO TICK A FEW BOXES:

✅ You must be working full-time
✅ You will also need to pay a one-off £150 Council Tax contribution
✅ You will sign a 12-month contract, but you can leave after 6 months if you inform the agency early enough
