Single room available in West Ealing!

Cosy, single room to rent in 4 bed house in West Ealing, just a 1-minute walk from Elizabeth Line (12 minutes into London Paddington).
The room is small with a comfy single bed, desk, and under-bed storage. There is also additional storage outside the room for clothes etc.
I have preference to keep it furnished but am open to discuss this!
The room is upstairs, along with two of the other rooms (the other one is downstairs).
There is a communal sitting room and kitchen, but with individual cupboards and fridge space.
There are two toilets and one bath.
There is a shed in the garden with a lock (good for bikes).
The other 3 tenants are my good friends, who all work in London either in TV or Sports media - they are great housemates, clean and kind.
Overall, it's a great room in an ideal location as you can get into central London from West Ealing station in 15 minutes, and Ealing has lots to offer itself too.
Ideally, I am looking for someone clean, kind, and respectful to take over the room and look after it whilst I am away :)
