Double room available for a clean and tidy working professional. In a modern ground floor flat, sharing with two other girls.

I (current tenant) am moving and will leave behind a double bedroom with en-suite and rain shower, a south-facing garden which gets the summer sun all day, a modern kitchen with wine fridge (a big selling point!) and a lounge with bi-folding doors to the garden.

The available room is one of two double bedrooms in the flat and there is a third garden room. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and dressing/vanity table, and has doors that open onto the garden.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to West Ealing train station, connecting you to the Elizabeth Line, and Ealing Broadway (central and district line). We are a 3 minute walk to Waitrose and have a Lidl, Sainsbury's and Tesco Express within short walking distance.

We are looking for a professional female, 25 - 35, who will be able to move in 5th November 2024.

Bills are approx. £150/month.
