I am looking for a person to self replace my tenancy for the month of November and December (You can choose to extend or end the contract after 31st December). The room is priced at £933, inclusive of all bills and house cleaner as well.

Room: Located on the first floor overlooking the front of the house, the room is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This room has lots of space to bring in your own furniture too. (Desk, Mirror and Shoe Rack not included for now)

House: The house has good sized rooms and two bathrooms. The is a good amount of living space comprised of a cozy lounge and well equipped kitchen.

Area: West ealing is a lovely area, it’s nice and quiet with lots of parks nearby which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air. Right at the end of the lane, you have Sainsbury’s, Lidl and many more stores, making it convenient. There are also multiple gyms nearby as well as West Ealing Library.
