HUGE Double room in West Ealing

I’m looking for a replacement tenant for this huge, fully furnished double room in West Ealing.

The 2nd floor flat has 2 bedrooms, with a kitchen, shared living room, balcony and bathroom. The other flatmate is David, who is 30 and an actor.

We are in direct contact with the Landlord, who has been fantastic. She is always super responsive and understanding. The room itself is very large, has a double bed and an unbelievable amount of storage space. There is plenty of space for a desk for working from home.

The flat is 10 minutes walk from West Ealing station and the Elizabeth line, and a 5-10 minute bus from Ealing Broadway. You can get to Paddington in about 20 minutes which is super handy.

There are shops close-by in Perivale, and a huge Waitrose is a 10 minute walk away. The flat is also next to Cleveland park and Pitshanger park which have great walking/running routes. I can highly recommend the location because it is the perfect balance of relaxing and perfect for working from home in the peace and quiet, but at the same time super close to central London on the tube.

The rent is £925 per month, and bills are around £100 a month (including water, council tax, internet and electricity).

David is looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and happy to hang out in the evening watching a film occasionally or going to the pub every now and then. The room is only suitable for one person because of the HMO licence unfortunately.

I’ve been in the flat for 18 months and the only reason I've moving out is that I have bought my own place. This flat has been an awesome home for us both.
