Location: Our lovely house is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from West Ealing tube station and a short stroll from bus stops with excellent connections to Ealing Broadway. It’s surrounded by essential amenities like shops, and public transport options, making life super easy and enjoyable.

Features:

Rent and bills: £775 per month, with a £775 deposit (used as the last month’s rent at the end of the tenancy). There’s also a one-off council tax payment of £150. All utility bills are included. Earliest possible move-in date is 26th January 2025.

Room: A comfortable and fully furnished room with a double bed, chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe. The room overlooks the garden, offering a peaceful and private retreat. The house have one W/C, a shower room, and a family bathroom, shared among six tenants.

Shared Spaces: A well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. A cozy lounge where you can relax and bond with housemates. There is a large back garden—perfect for exercising, socializing, or enjoying the sunshine.

Ideal Tenant: We’re a house of friendly, respectful women who value both connection and privacy. We love celebrating birthdays, watching Bake Off and football, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have a weekly cleaning rota, done in pairs, to keep our shared spaces tidy and comfortable for everyone.

We’re looking for a female working professional who’s friendly, respectful, and easy going, someone who’ll blend right in with our wonderful household dynamic! Due to personal circumstances, I’m moving out of London, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
