All bills included. Fitted with a new shower and bath room constant hot running water. Washer with tumble dryer, microwave. TV for your room if you choose to have it there.
You are expected to be respectful of your flatmate - clean and tidy and help to keep the flat clean.
If you are coming from abroad the room has bedding and covers - you can use all the cutlery/ crockery within the property.
You will have the flat to yourself between 4 & 6 times a year when it is school holidays.
