Requirements ✏️

✅ First and last month of rent paid in advance instead of a security deposit – meaning lower move-in costs and a financial boost at the end of your stay

• Employment contract
• Three months’ bank statements
• Proof of right to stay in the UK (share code or British passport)

📚 Postgraduate students are welcome with either full-term payment up front or a UK homeowner guarantor
