The house is a three storey HMO, with four other occupants. There are two shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen, a living room and a really lovely garden! Located in a super chill area, West Ealing has lots of parks nearby, 5 minute drive to a big Tesco or ten minutes walk to a co-op, and a pub 10 mins walk away. Also a short bus journey to Ealing Broadway which has anything you'll need, restaurants, cafes, pubs and loads of shops.
The housemates are all young professionals in their 20's, its a very chill vibe and everyone is super friendly and easy going, and sociable!
I've lived here on two occasions now so I clearly like the place, just moving back up North so looking for someone to replace me.
Rent is £800 a month and a one off payment of £150 for council tax, plus one months rent as deposit.
