- £900 rent, plus £140 bills per month. One off £50 charge to change name on tenancy contract
- Room is available from October 19th 2025
- Flat is a 10 min walk to West Ealing station (Elizabeth Line) and a 15 min walk to Ealing Broadway. The area has lots of cafes, restaurants and parks nearby.
- Northfields Station on the Piccadilly line is a 20 min walk away

I'm moving out of this room to move in with my boyfriend, but my lovely housemates Kat (29) and Lowri (25) are looking for someone new to live with 🌞

Flat Details:
An open plan living/kitchen area, with a small balcony which leads down to a private garden/patio.
We've got a really nice dynamic in the flat which involves going out together for food/drinks and watching tv together on the sofa. We are all pretty busy so enjoy our own space too and all have our own social lives away from the flat.

The ideal person would be someone who is keen to keep the friendly vibe but has their own thing going on. It's not a party flat but we do have our friends round on the weekends/evenings for dinners and movie nights.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and everyone respects the shared space so we're looking for someone likeminded.

The Room:
A big double room with bay windows, a double bed, large mirrored wardrobes, and a storage space cubby. There's lots of room to add a desk in if you ever wfh.
