£920 per month (All bills + Fast WiFi + cleaner incl. One off contribution of £150 towards Council Tax at start of tenancy)
I am moving out of my room in late January and am looking for someone to replace me. I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed my stay. This room will be available from the 24th of Jan.
--The Room--
The room is furnished with a double bed (Ottoman, with plenty of storage space underneath), a three door wardrobe (of which one section has shelves) and a bedside table. There is plenty of space - I often work from home and have added a desk and two chairs without making the room too cramped. Temperature in the room has been good all year round, with a radiator for the colder months. The room also has a large window looking onto the back garden.
--The House--
- The house has 2 bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and housemates have varied schedules so there is never a queue.
- There is also a living room with a sofa, dining table and television.
- The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and air fryer, alongside standard electric hob, oven, microwave and kettle. There is communal crockery, cookware and utensils - or you can use your own. You will have ample allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space.
- Utility room is equipped with washing machine, dryer and clothes racks.
- There is a well kept back garden with a patio set of chairs.
- High Speed Virgin Media WiFi. There is a repeater situated outside the room, and it is possible to run an Ethernet Cable into the room from there for faster wired internet.
--Transport--
The property is incredibly well connected, taking just 20 mins to get from the door to the West End, and ~30 mins to get to Liverpool St.

- Ealing Broadway Station (Elizabeth, Central and District Lines) - 14 minute walk
- The Avenue Bus Stop (E1) - 1 min walk

The house is in a prime location in West Ealing. On the North side of the trainline, the road itself is quiet but is just around the corner from The Avenue, with coffee shops, off licenses, hairdressers/barbers, a great pub and more. It is just a 6 min walk to the Uxbridge Road, where there are even more shops, and a 15 min walk to Ealing Broadway, the beating heart of Ealing.
