I have a double room available in my 2-bedroom flat. The flat is well-maintained, bright, and comfortable, with:

• Excellent transport links nearby (2 mins walk to Elizabeth Line/GWR at West Ealing, Central and District lines at Ealing Broadway, 15 mins walk to Piccadilly at Northfields) and local shops within walking distance - Sainsbury's, Lidl, Waitrose just 5 mins walk.
• Parks nearby the flat and also Gyms
• Sunday Ealing Farmers market, plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep
• 15 mins to Central London on Elizabeth Line (to Paddington)
• Ideal for professionals and postgraduate students.

About who you’ll live with:
I’m a 30 year old scientific researcher, sociable but also value downtime. I work in West London, on a hybrid schedule but mostly on site. I keep the flat clean and like a calm home environment. In my spare time I am a musician and enjoy going to concerts, movies and museums. I come from Spain to London and have been staying at this flat ever since I moved here last year. I really like the flat as it’s in a good location and has most things I need around the area. Looking for someone I can chat with, or hang out with from time to time.

About you:
Ideally looking for someone who is:
• Clean and considerate in shared spaces, someone who would share chores and responsibilities
• Friendly, respectful, and easygoing, happy to have chats, and to hang out occasionally
• Considerate with sleep schedule
• Prefer not wearing shoes in the flat, dedicated indoor shoes/slippers are fine
• Not a party animal (the flat isn’t really suited for late-night noise), but happy to have occasional guests

Rent: £1000 per month (bills approx. £150 including council tax)
First month payment : Deposit + Advanced rent required (around £2300).
Date available: Autumn - dates flexible, preferably early October/Late September
Tenancy: Ideally long term but open to discuss
