Hi my name is Jesse I have 2 large double rooms to let on the top floor of my lovely 4 storey town house in Finchley. Each room has floor space of 4m x 6 m, with loads of cupboards.
Ideal for a couple/ 2 friends- or one person who would like the option of having separate living space. The two rooms share their own bathroom on the same floor.
You will have sole use of this floor of the house and it gives a real sense of having your own place,. But with use of the Kitchen and living room on the lower floor., you get to see others in the house. All bills are included. There is a large garden .. The downstairs living room has a piano, and the house is full of books to browse.
The kitchen is spacious and we each have our own fridge and storage. There is a separate utility room.
The house is 400 meters from West Finchley tube and buses into central London. There is easy & free parking space on the road, if you have a car. We are also 400 meters from woodland walks, The area is very safe and an easy walk to the high road with shops and cafes.
I work as a therapist with families and enjoy yoga, swimming,, art, and am into all things psycho- spiritual.
I rent out 2 other rooms on the first floor to a couple Joe & Matt both in their late 20's. working n the arts and education. They have their own bedroom, bathroom & living room
We are a warm open friendly household but respect that we all like to have quiet time. and give each other space.
There is no smoking in the house- but garden is fine.
Rent is £850 a month per room.
