Please note that the rooms are available for one person. I use one room as bedroom and other room as my tv/relaxation room!
The house has two w/c and showers, shared kitchen and shared living room with sky broadband and tv.
Rent is 500 pcm with bills on top (I pay 70 pcm for everything including sky).
All housemates are professional and easy going people and I dont see anyone having any trouble in that respect.
