After finally giving the room a fresh lick of paint, it’s time to find someone great to share my home with. I'm Harry - a 41 British gay guy who runs a small marketing agency. I’m easy going, kind, social and my political views are left-leaning. I like cooking, do a lot of yoga/HIIT and like to go dancing/drinking from time to time.

As I'm generally out and about a lot – so you’ll often have the place to yourself, however, it's the type of house where guests/visitors are welcome (including yours). My brother typically sleeps in my office/guest room most Tuesday nights (easy going 45 yr old with two kids back home). Otherwise, I live here with two cats 🐱🐱, and sometimes a golden retriever called Arlo comes to stay 🐶.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful housemate who’s down-to-earth and happy for a chat over a coffee/dinner but also enjoys their own space.

✨ About the room:
• Light + bright modern double room 🌞
• Custom-built wardrobes (so much storage 🙌)
• Part-furnished (can fully furnish if you prefer)
• Shared bathroom (mostly yours, except when guests/my brother visit)

🏡 About the house:
• Modern 3-bed townhouse (built 6 years ago) on a private cul-de-sac with direct access to Downhills Park 🌳 (great for a walk/run)
• Open-plan living room/kitchen + garden + downstairs loo
• ~15 min walk / ~5 min Lime bike / ~8 mins on the bus to Seven Sisters 🚇 or Turnpike Lane 🚉
• Will get a cleaner fortnightly when someone moves in ✨

📌 The details:
• £1,000 pcm (all bills included)
• £500 deposit
• Minimum 3 months stay
• Pets already in residence – so must love animals 🐾
