New house mate wanted Seven Sisters

Hi, we are Jack Graeme and Tom
Photographer, carpenter and Copywriter

We are looking for a new housemate to take over as the as our friend is leaving and has decided to move in with his girlfriend. It’s the smallest room in the house but has quite large windows and a lot of natural light.
We are happy to share with females or males this would be good for a couple.

We prefer to do viewings in the evening or on the weekend we have an agent handling the viewings for us as we may be at work when potential housemates need to come round.
