Double room to rent (flat with garden)

Hi! I have a large double room available in my flat in Newham (about a five minute cycle to Stratford and a 5-10 minute walk to Upton Park) which includes a garden, balcony, shared living room and big kitchen.

Chilled, clean and sociable house, you would be living with Tom, the loveliest Scottish teacher you could ever hope to meet.

I’m going away from mid June until end of August, so am looking for someone to rent my room for a minimum of 2 months with the option to stay a little longer if keen.

Couples welcome to enquire. There would be an additional cost of £100 a month to reflect bills.

Bills are included, but if they are significantly higher than normal over the letting period (15%) that will have to be taken into account sorry.
