Hi there,

My name is Barbara and I am looking for a flatmate to live in a cute flat in West Ham, just 5 min walk from the station.

I am looking for female sharer, who are neat, organised and considered, professional preferably, althoug not opposed to students but please bear in mind this is not a student flat.

The double room (single occupant) is £633 + bills and comes furnished with
- double bed
- 1 NEW and very big wardrobe (integrated with drawers too)

About me: I work in the property industry/ marketing department and have lived in the flat for four years now I work from home 3 times a week , I’ll do it from my bedroom, I am clean, sociable and very artsy. Love to cook, paint, read and make anything crafty at home.

I am very considerate and friendly and normally the mom of the group, communicative and responsible too. .

About the flat and the area:

The flat is kept very tidy and clean, we like to keep it a it’s best always, the living room is spacious the wardrobes are fitted in and there’s a bigger one in the living room for extra space, it has a tv, dining table and extra space to store things.

The house is located in a quiet and safe area, just a 5 min walk from West Ham Station (jubilee, dlr, district&hammersmith and city , C2C trains)
and just 1 stop to Stratford (buses, central Line, overground and DLR)

About our landlord: He is the sweetest guy and always willing to help. You won’t regret being his tenant.
