Cozy bedroom in three bedroom flat West Ham

Hi there,

Me and my flatmate Mari are looking someone to replace one of our flatmates that is sadly moving back home.

We look for someone neat, organised and considered, professional preferably, we are not opposed to students but please bear in mind this is not a student flat.

The double room (single occupant) is £633 + bills and comes furnished with
- double bed
- 1 NEW and very big wardrobe (integrated with drawers too)

About us: I work in the property industry and have lived in the flat for four years now I work from home 3 times a week , I’ll do it from my bedroom.

Mari is a professional barista in a specialty coffee café in central London, she works onsite all weeks and wakes up early in the morning.

We are both hardworking organised and very clean, we love a chat a face mask and movie night, very friendly and approachable too. We also are very considered of each other’s space and are very open and communicative between us and with our landlord too.

About the flat and the area:
The flat is kept very tidy and clean, we like to keep it a it’s best always, the living room is spacious the wardrobes are fitted in and there’s a bigger one in the living room for extra space, it has a tv, dining table and extra space to store things.

The house is located in a quiet and safe area, just a 5 min walk from West Ham Station (jubilee, district&circle , C2C trains)
and just 1 stop to Stratford (buses, central Line, overground and DLR)

About our landlord: He is the sweetest guy and always willing to help. You won’t regret being his tenant.
