Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my room in a friendly and respectful shared house. We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and sociable, while also respecting quiet time and personal space.✨

The room is a double-sized bedroom (currently furnished with a single bed) and is very bright, with lovely natural light throughout the day. It’s the back bedroom of the house, close to the train tracks, but I’ve never been disturbed by any noise! Also all doors in the house have locks !

The house is students only and currently shared by:
• 2 students at London College of Fashion
• Maths PhD student at Queen Mary
• 1 Art & Design student
(2 British housemates and 1 Korean)

Location:
- 30-second walk to the station
- Only 1 stop to Stratford, making it ideal for LCF, UCL, and nearby universities

- 2 upstairs with showers
