Garden view single room

We have to let a single bedroom 5 minute walk from Plaistow station. It’s a five bed, three bathroom house. Myself (Jamie) and Hannah live here full time, the two bedrooms on the top floor (loft conversion) are reserved for the landlords to stay generally one week in the summer, one week over Christmas. We have a shared living room, kitchen and garden. We’re both freelance with pretty full on schedules when we’re working so it’s not a party house and spend most of our time between our bedrooms and the kitchen.
