Large double bedroom available in West Hampstead

Hello there,

My housemate and I are looking for a new housemate to move in from mid-March.

We're both professional females in our early 30s. I work for a translation agency, and my housemate is a structural engineer. During our spare time we enjoy watching films, going out for dinner, cooking/baking, yoga and exploring London.

The room is very spacious and comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and two chests of drawers. Downstairs, there is a large kitchen with dining table, a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine and lots of cupboards for storage, and we have a lovely garden with patio and decking for sitting outside in the summer. The bathroom is also a decent size and has recently been redecorated and fitted with a new shower, bath tub, sink and toilet.

The house is in a great location with the following stations close by:
Kilburn (Jubilee line) - 5 minute walk
Brondesbury (Overground) - 8 minute walk
West Hampstead Thameslink (national rail) - 10 minute walk
West Hampstead (Jubilee line and Overground) - 10 minute walk
There are also lots of local bus routes (including night buses).

There are lots of local shops within walking distance (including a variety of supermarkets and the O2 Centre at Finchley Road), and we are a short train journey away from Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park. West Hampstead itself also has some great pubs, bars and restaurants that you can enjoy!

The house is on a pedestrian “road”, so it’s nice and quiet with no traffic, and the area is very safe with lots of families living nearby.

In terms of bills, they come to about £90 a month each, which includes Virgin fibre optic broadband, TV license, water, electricity and council tax. Gas is included within the rent, which is great during the winter!

Given the current lockdown, we would prefer to do virtual viewings via video call initially.
