There are some bill included (Water, Heating) and you need to pay for Internet and Electronicity (every 3 months, usually 20-30pounds per 3 months for a person). So you can think average bill per month is 20 pounds.

*** I can show the house after 25th April. I’m free after 5pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends. If you want to come on weekends before 7pm, my flat mate would do.
