Double room in huge West Hampstead House

I’m sadly having to leave our homely house in West Hampstead and looking to replace my room.

Below are the details. Happy to clarify any other points I’ve missed!

The house: it’s a HUGE semi detached three level house with a back garden. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dinning table plus there’s a separate lounge and dinning room. On the 1st floor is the available room plus another bedroom that shares a bathroom (with shower/bath) plus an extra guest toilet. On the top level are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a 5th spare (tiny) room that we leave for guests.

The room: large double room with two wardrobes and chest of drawers. The room overlooks the garden and is south facing so plenty of natural light.

The flatmates: three fun loving girls (1 British, 1 Aussie and 1 Kiwi). They are all 30. We regularly socialise together, watch tv series, go to the pub and even a couple of holidays abroad too.

The bills: Rent is £780 pcm. Bills are approx £100 on top per month including a cleaner once a fortnight, house Netflix account and unlimited internet. We each take care of separate bills (I’m currently utilities and internet). There’s also a one off reference fee with the agent of £144 plus VAT.

New flat mate: looking for a professional in their late 20s-30s. Fun, tidy and respectful. It’s not a party house however we are all very social, have dinner parties, know each other’s friends, etc. We’re looking for someone who fits that mould.

Dates: Ideally I would like to move out in August, however have flexibility (earlier or later)

Transport: 10min walk to West Hampstead tube, overground and Thameslink. There’s a bus heading up there too over couple of minutes from close to the house. Kilburn Park tube and overground are also 10min walk away

Shops: Basically everything you ever need is a short stroll from Kilburn High Road, West Hampstead or Finchley Road.
