Very bright loft room that is refurbished to a high standard. The room is quite large (it is bigger than what it looks like in the pics) and has lots of storage space.

There is a door between the staircase to the loft room and the floors below, so it’s very private.

The room is in a large terraced house in one of the most sought after streets in West Hampstead (street with a funky Greek name).

The house is exceptionally bright, very comfortable and has a lovely big garden.

You will be sharing the house with me, and another very friendly long-term female tenant (who keeps for herself 95% of the time).

Part of the week, my 7 year old daughter lives with us too (she lives with her dad the rest of the week). My daughter and I are two floors down from the room so you will have your own private space in your en-suite room at the top floor.

Most evenings, the ground floor and kitchen are not used by anyone after a certain time, so you’ll have them for yourself.

Only a few minutes walk to Fortune Green Park, and five minutes walk to West End Lane where you can enjoy high quality bars, pubs and restaurants. West Hampstead tube, Thames link and overground stations are around 13 minutes walk away. You can also take a bus from these stations to near the house. There are bus stops very nearby, with 6 different buses going to various parts of London.

Rent is £1250/month including broadband internet, water, council tax, gas and electricity.

I am a friendly female university lecturer. The house has a truly welcoming, supportive, warm, and peaceful feel to it.
