We are looking for someone to take the room for couple of months as the landlord is not looking to rent the room out for long term.

You would be sharing with 2 girls, me - Jay and Farahana. I love to bake and cook and very chilled out. Farah works VERY long hours so you will barely see her and doesn’t really use the kitchen. I will be away most of April so you will have the place to yourself most of the time. Looking for a clean tidy person who will respect the place.
The house is only a 5 min walk from West Hampstead tube station, the overground and thameslink.

The room is huge, with double bed, own bathroom and access to roof terrace from
My Bedroom. Second roof terrace accessed from the kitchen too.

There is a large living room and large kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine and dishwasher. We share everything in the house and it’s a lovely chilled atmosphere.

The flat is split over 4 levels - each bedroom is on its own little floor so affords lots of privacy and the soundproofing is very good.

There is a Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s local, Organic shops, an M&S and the best corner shop by the station for groceries. Also, one stop or 10 mins' walk away is Homebase, large Sainsburys and Waitrose at Finchley Road.

Hampstead Heath is just 30 mins' walk away and Regent's Park is also within walking and cycling distance.
