The flat is very spacious and bright, nicely decorated and fitted with new appliances (incl washing machine, dryer and dishwasher). The room is calm and private: the two bedrooms are opposite one another (not adjoining) and the windows face a green and peaceful back garden.

The room is large enough to fit a king-size bed, seating and a desk. The room comes unfurnished apart from a big wardrobe (as well as plenty of storage space in the flat). The outgoing flatmate is happy to sell over their bed if the new flatmate is interested. The flat is shared with a female academic, very friendly and easy going.

The flat is incredibly well connected by public transport at a walking distance from Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, West Hampstead and South Hampstead stations. Excellent connections to overground trains and all airports. The Overground from South Hampstead will get you in 10 mins to Euston Station.

The flat is in walking distance from the most beautiful parks in London including Hampstead Heath, Regents Park and Primrose Hill.


The room will become available at the end of September. The rent is 1100 pounds/month without bills (approximately 200 pounds/month). The new flatmate needs to take over half of the lease. The current contract runs until December 2024 with the intention to be renewed for another year.

The flat is managed by an agency Hunters, which will take care of all practicalities once the details are agreed with current flatmate.

There is a preference for a female new tenant. Regrettably, no pets or couples.
