The flat is incredibly well connected by public transport at a walking distance from Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, West Hampstead and South Hampstead stations. Excellent connections to overground trains and all airports. The Overground from South Hampstead will get you in 10 mins to Euston Station.
The flat is in walking distance from the most beautiful parks in London including Hampstead Heath, Regents Park and Primrose Hill.
The room will become available at the end of September. The rent is 1100 pounds/month without bills (approximately 200 pounds/month). The new flatmate needs to take over half of the lease. The current contract runs until December 2024 with the intention to be renewed for another year.
