The flat is 5 minutes away from the Overground, underground and Thameslink stations and moments away from the shops.
The flat has a balcony and access to a communal garden. This is a small quiet block, great when working from home.
Flat has broadband/WiFi, washing machine and tumble dryer, cleaner once a week and a friendly house cat.

I am the other flatmate. I’m relaxed and and easy to get on with. I’m happy having a catch up over a glass of wine or just watching a box set together. Communal space like the lounge and kitchen are there to be shared. My last flatmate was here almost four year but left to move in with his girlfriend.
