Double rooom in awesome West Hampstead Flat

Double room available in an awesome first floor flat with large open living and cooking space, and lovely flatmates!

I'm unfortunately leaving my awesome flat in West Hampstead and am therefore looking to find someone to replace my room.

The flat is on the first floor with plenty of communal space to relax, unwind and/or work from home is necessary. We also have a large kitchen with plenty of storage.

The room: The room available is a double that comes with a bed and built in wardrobe with cupboards above as well. There are high ceilings and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is shared with one other.

The flatmates: two friendly and easy going flatmates (1 girl (Irish), and 1 guy (Kiwi) in their late 20's. It’s not a party house however we are all social.

They are looking for a professional in their late 20s-early 30s who fits this mould and is fun, tidy and respectful. They are open to either a female or male flatmate.

The bills: Rent is £600pcm. Bills are approx £95-110 (depending on season) on top per month including, water, council tax, gas / power, and Virgin TV / unlimited internet. Bond is £600.

Dates: The move in date is the weekend of the 21st of November.

Transport: Bus stops almost on the door, 10 min walk to West Hampstead tube, 10 min walk to the overground and Thameslink. There’s a bus down there too every couple of minutes from close to the house. West Hampstead is the best place to live for Public Transport accessibility!

Shops: Basically everything you ever need is a short stroll from Kilburn High Road, West Hampstead or Finchley Road. Tesco Express, Waitress, Sainsburys Local are all within a 5 - 15 minute walk.

Cafes and Restaurants: West Hampstead has lots of lovely gastropubs, bars, and restaurants including cheap eats. Kilburn High Road has some great cheap eats and takeaways. Primrose Hill / St Johns Wood / Hampstead are all a 30 minute walk away for a nice lunch out and a walk.
