We have a bright double room available in a huge 4-bedroom flat in the heart of West Hampstead.
The flat is in a great location - 2 mins’ walk from the Underground, Overground and Thameslink (West Hampstead). It is on the second floor of a beautiful Victorian mansion block with large proportions and lots of character. The building also has a lift.

We are situated just off the main high street (West End Lane) which means you have supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and gyms all on your doorstep, and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning 2 minutes’ walk away (Covid conditions allowing). The O2 shopping/leisure centre with restaurants, shops, gym and cinema is a 5-10 minutes’ walk away too.

The Room – The room is a spacious double room with a large east-facing sash window that looks out to nice greenery – private and away from any street noise. The room comes with a double bed, desk and a wardrobe, although Adam (the departing flatmate) has other furniture he is happy to discuss selling to the new flatmate.

Bathroom & Extra WC - You will share a large well-equipped bathroom and an additional separate WC with two other flatmates. The bathroom has a double shower, bathtub, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

Living Room / Kitchen – We have a spacious and bright living room with three sofas, TV and a big well-equipped eat-in kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, table and chairs, and lots of storage).

The Flatmates – We are three guys looking for a sociable fourth flatmate (male or female). You must be easy-going, friendly, tidy, and preferably a professional and a non-smoker. We are a mixed / international bunch – Spanish, Italian and Lebanese. I am a F&B manager, Diego is a commercial software specialist and Hussein is a communication consultant. We are keen to find flatmate with whom we can have a laugh, hang out and cook together. We respect each other’s spaces but are not looking for a flatmate who will just sleep here and do their own thing. All the current flatmates are very good friends (although we did not know each other before coming into the flat) and we would like the incoming flatmate to be someone we can build a friendship with too. We also ask that you are LGBT friendly.

Rent / Bills – The rent for the room is £765 per month. A security deposit of around £1,000 (actual amount tbc) and 1 month rent in advance is required. Bills are not included but amount to approximately £100 per month. This includes Council Tax, Electricity & Gas, Water, and Internet. The flat does not currently have a TV licence.

Room availability – The room is available from 10 March 2020, although we can be a little flexible on this date.
