You would be sharing with 2 professionals (one of them will be there usually just one evening per week). My boss owns this property and he lives in Wiltshire with his partner and a child. As he tends to come to London for work once a week, he uses the smallest bedroom to sleep there overnight (he's 50y old, very easy going and super cool!)

The other tenant is a young doctor in his 20s. He is due to move in mid/end of November.

Minimum stay is 3 months, maximum stay at this stage is 6 months (as the landlord is looking to sell the property, however it may be available on a rolling basis after 6 months depending on the 'sale').

There is a large open plan modern kitchen (with dishwasher) and a living room, French doors opening onto a small wrap-around patio/garden, 1 full bathroom and an additional separate WC.
