Other supermarkets and shops are within a minute's walking distance. The flat is only 8 minutes away from Oxford Circus by tube.

Rent, Deposit, Bills: The rent is £1,125 per month, excluding all the bills. The bills cost £200 per person per month throughout the year. Council tax Band E. The security deposit is £1,298.

Current flatmate: He is a working professional looking for someone similar, easygoing, and fun. They must be very clean and organised, and enjoy a tidy space. This is a quiet apartment, and the current flatmate is looking for someone who can help maintain its peaceful atmosphere every day.
