A spacious double room is available in a newly decorated two-bedroom apartment with en-suite bedrooms in the heart of West Hampstead, a minute away from the West Hampstead tube, overground and Thameslink. Currently, it is only occupied by one professional male (me).

Room: The large double en-suite room is furnished with a brand-new standard double bed and mattress, a desk, a wardrobe, and two chests of drawers. There is a separate storage space available. It is a spacious room and sufficient to store all your belongings. The en-suite is located inside the bedroom area, so you don't need to leave your room to access the bathroom.

Apartment: The flat has a large kitchen and lounge space, which is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, washing machine). All the kitchen utensils are included. You do not need to buy anything for the communal space unless you wish to. The flat is spacious and filled with lots of natural light. Easy access to amenities is just a few minutes from the park, and it's within walking distance to the O2 centre, featuring a large Sainsbury's and other shops. Other supermarkets and shops are within a few minutes' walking distance. The flat is only 8 minutes from Oxford Circus by tube.

Rent, Deposit, Bills: The rent is £1,100 per month, excluding all the bills. The bills cost £200 per person per month throughout the year. Council tax Band E. The security deposit is £1,270.

Current flatmate: I am a working professional looking for someone similar, easygoing, and fun. They must be very clean and organised, and enjoy a tidy space. This is a quiet apartment, and I am looking for someone who can help maintain its peaceful atmosphere every day.

Rules: Please note that this is a non-smoking flat (smoking of any kind is not permitted), and the room is for one person only (no couples). If you're looking for a party house, this isn't it; apologies. No benefits. Pets are not allowed in the flat.
