Bright room in shared West Hampstead house

We have a lovely room to let at a very reasonable rent in our house of theatre and music professionals. We have one female and three males and so we are looking for a second female to join our happy family .
West Hampstead is a great area full of young people and has become very popular because of its great transport links ( 10 min walk from us) , a safe and villagey atmosphere with lots of bars, restaurants, and farmers market. etc.
There is a small garden at the rear and your room is next to a shower/toilet room on the first landing which is shared with one other housemate.
ALL bills are included, Council Tax ,Electricity, Heating, Water, Superfast fibre broadband. SKY TV, All household products, Loo rolls , Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand soap and so on. Cleaning of communal areas , bathrooms, kitchen and stairs is done once a week or more often if needed.
WE do not need deposits but ask for a letter of guarrantor instead.
It is a lovely house with a great group of housemates, well worth a visit.
