Hi everyone! I am traveling and want to sublet my flat for 2 months while I am away.

LOCATION:
The flat is a 10-minute walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee line) station and Kilburn Park Station (Bakerloo line). Several bus stops are a 2-3 minute walk away, and overground stations are 12-13 minutes walk away.
There are big stores just a couple of steps away from the flat, like big Sainsbury's, M&S Food, Aldi, Primark, TK Maxx.
It's situated in a quiet and safe area.
Lots of gyms, and one CrossFit box are within walking distance.

FLAT:
The flat has 1 bedroom, a living room, separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
All rooms are big and well-proportioned.
The flat receives sunlight from both sides during the day, making it very bright and spacious.
A dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, cutlery, air fryer, and cooking ware are available for your use.
There are also one desk, one adjustable standing desk, one under desk walking pad, two office chairs, and one screen in the flat, making it perfect for working from home.
All bedding materials are of high-end quality, and the bed is a brand new Simba.

PRICE & DURATION:
- The monthly rent is £2100, which includes utility bills, high-speed internet, and council tax.
- The flat is available between 01 October and 30 November.
- I can't make the sublet shorter than 1.5 months or longer than 70 days, sorry. But other requests within this range could be considered. I am also flexible with dates. Just DM me your dates and let's see if it works.
