All-Female Flat Looking for a New Housemate

There is a bedroom available in this very sweet West Hampstead all females apartment from the 17th of December (earlier move in date negotiable!) ❄️☃️

The room you would be moving into comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The shared space is a light kitchen / dining area, a toilet, and a bathroom (including bath) shared between three (one of the other rooms has an ensuite).

The rent is £644 per month excluding bills. Water, wifi, and council tax come to around £92.50 + an average of £40 for gas electricity (depending on usage). On top of that, the security deposit/bond payment is £915.

The apartment is a 2-5 minute walk to West Hampstead tube / Thameslink / and Overground. It is a one min walk to Tesco Metro / Sainsbury’s and less than 5min walk to Waitrose / M&S. There is also a big Waitrose, Sainsbury’s & Aldi further down the road which takes 15-minute to walk to (or one stop on Tube and Overground).

Of course, West Hampstead high street also has lots of amazing bars and restaurants and it is so close to Hampstead Heath 🌳
