The room is available from April 21st.
£368/week with a private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities/TV/ lounge area. All bills are included.
Tube station (Jubilee Line) / Thameslink / Overground is a 2 minutes walk from the building. Less than 10 minutes to Central London and well within reach of many universities.
The building itself is modern new build, with laundry facilities and free gym on-site. Free WiFi. Secure 24 hour cover on reception.
There is a Sainsbury's within a 5 minute walk, which is perfectly convenient for shopping.

The room is available from April 21st until June 29th 2024. Tenancy ends on June 29th, longer stay could be arranged with the front desk.
