About the room:

We're looking for a third person to join our house-share. A large double room is available and comes with large wardrobes, an additional large storage cupboard, and a double bed. There are high ceilings (3m) and plenty of room for a large desk for a generous WFH setup. (N. b the desk in the image is not included).

The flat is a large (120sq/m) 3 bed with 2 shared bathrooms and has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We have a shared communal living room and kitchen which we all contribute to keeping it tidy.

In terms of transport links it is within a 10 minute walk of West Hampstead and Kilburn which means links to the Jubilee line, Bakerloo line, Thameslink and overground. It also has good bus connections with a stop right outside the flat (139, 328)

Price:

Room is available for £950pcm (+ bills which are about £150 per month). It's available from 31 May 2024, and you will join the tenancy agreement with us which runs through to Apr-25. There is a £50 admin fee for our letting agents to do the referencing and admin + a deposit of £916.67

About us & you:

We're two 30yr olds, one male, one female, and both working full time. We are friends from uni both with independent social lives and enjoy making the most of what London has to offer and following creative pursuits (everything on the walls was done by us).

We are looking for a like minded person who is willing to contribute to the overall atmosphere of the flat. We’ll often cook together and have a local group of friends that come over on a regular basis so the ideal new housemate would be willing to join in and add to that circle.

We would like to meet in person to check that we'll get on as housemates, but happy to arrange an initial viewing over video call if preferred.
